  • Merge onto I-5 N toward SEATTLE.
  • Take the DEARBORN ST. / JAMES ST. exit- EXIT 164A- toward MADISON ST. 1.0 miles
  • Take the JAMES ST exit.
  • Turn LEFT onto JAMES ST.
  • Turn RIGHT onto 4TH AVE. 
  • The Bertha Landes Room is located in City Hall on the main floor 

From North of Seattle:
  • Merge onto I-5 S towards SEATTLE
  • Take EXIT 165A toward JAMES ST.
  • Stay STRAIGHT to go onto 6TH AVE.

City Hall Parking Visitors are encouraged to use mass transit whenever possible. You may access bus and/or light rail schedules at http://transit.metrokc.gov/ and http://www.soundtransit.org/. ​

Parking

SeaPark Garage
The garage is located on 6th Avenue between Cherry and James Streets on the east side of the new Justice Center. It is open until 10pm, Monday through Friday. The vehicle entrances to the garage are on:
  • Cherry, mid-block between 5th and 6th Avenues
  • 6th Avenue at James Street
  • James, mid-block between 5th and 6th Avenues

0 - ½ $4        
½ - 1 $7
1 - 1½ $8
1½ - 2 $10
2 - 3 $11 
3 - 4 $12

Other Parking
​Parking at the Bank of America building is accessible from Columbia Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues.  It is available until midnight Monday through Saturday, and closed on Sundays.

​Parking at the Seattle Municipal Tower is accessible from 6th Avenue between Columbia and Cherry.  There is no mobility-impaired path from these parking facilities to City Hall after 7pm. 
​

Street parking is also available @ $2.50 per hour.
